Parent Teacher Conference
Parent Teacher Conferences are on March 12th 2026
Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled on Thursday March 12th, 2026 from 12:20pm-2:20pm and 5pm - 8PM. Sign up for appointments with your child's teachers is open until Thursday, March 12th at 10am. We will be using PTC Wizard to register for appointments. Please use the same account you already created for conference sign up. If you didn't create an account this school year, please follow the steps below. 
Step 1 - Sign into PTC Wizard
Please go to the PTC Wizard page for our school. Sign in with the account you created during the last conferences or create an account using your email. Do not use your child's email address.
TIP - Click in the top flag icon to change the language from English to Spanish.
Step 2 -Sign into PTC Wizard to set up appointments
We are using PTC Wizard to register for Parent Teacher Conferences and ZOOM for the meetings. CLICK ON TEACHERS and choose your child's teachers that you want to meet with and choose a time slot for each one. If your child has two teachers for a subject, please sign up with only one of the teachers so every family can have a chance to sign up.
Sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences by logging into PTC Wizard and choosing your child's teachers and clicking the available appointment slot you want. Please choose only 1 appointment slot for each subject teacher. Appointments are limited to 5 minutes.
You can choose other staff members also, such as the guidance counselors, to make an appointment.
Step 3 - You will be able to view ALL appointments in PTC Wizard
Once you choose a time slot, the appointments will be listed in your agenda on PTC Wizard, along with the Zoom links. Conferences will be conducted using ZOOM.
Please make all your appointments by November 12th at 10am.
After that time, you will NOT be able to make any additional appointments.
Step 4 - Log into PTC Wizard on May 8th
Log into PTC Wizard on the day of conferences - November 13th - to view your schedule and access each ZOOM link for each appointment.
Please log in a minute before each meeting and you will be in a waiting room until your appointment time.
The passcode for ALL meetings is 230230.

Marking Period 3 ends in June
Marking Period 2 grades can be found in the NYC Schools Account. If you haven't created an account yet, contact Mr. Salazar for a creation code. You can email him at ESalazar2@schools.nyc.gov
The end of Marking period 2 is February 28th. Report Cards will be available in the NYC Schools Account on March 12th, 2026.
